Community Boules Get Together Was A Great Success For The Young And Upwards

The Friends Of Palewell Common & Fields organised a friendly community get together, all ages welcomed and it was a resounding success. Though no photographs it appears were taken of teenagers, we promise they were there! The competitive tension rose in a friendly way on many a throw as eager eyes watched to see where the ball might land, who it might knock out or indeed whether it might land in a bush.

Great fun was had by all, even with the drizzling rain. The lovely afternoon spread of tea and cake provided by Pistachios was welcomed heartily during our break.
