A Walk in the Park With Robyn from Parkside Osteopathy

A Walk in the Park With Robyn from Parkside Osteopathy

Do you sit down a lot?
Do you want to be more active?
Would you like to get out for a good walk in the fresh air, with like-minded people?

If you answered yes to any (or all) of these questions then feel free to join osteopath, Robyn Phillips, on Friday morning for a walk in the park.  Our January walks have been in all weathers including snow.  They are invigorating and really set you up for the weekend.

The expression ‘a walk in the park’ is used to describe something easy or pleasant. Hopefully you will find our walk to be both easy and pleasant. We will be sticking to main paths and roads. Once you get chatting you will likely find that walking doesn’t feel like exercise, but be assured that it is.

It’s a turn up and walk group.  All welcome, no cost involved and no need to book.  Weekly walks most Fridays in February (no walk 17th February – half term).  Put the dates in your 2017 diary now.  We look forward to seeing you.

Meet on Fridays – Pistachios Cafe at Palewell Park, 9.30am. Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes. For more information contact Robyn on 07914821259 or robyn@parksideosteopathy.co.uk.
